General Hospital has quite a mid-week episode in store. According to spoilers from ABC for Wednesday, October 28, 2026, a lot happens at Tracy's house. Plus, Nina makes demands, and Chase makes a fool of himself again.
Quartermaine Chaos
It's a Q day when Tracy (Jane Elliot) drops a bombshell on the family, but what could that bombshell be? Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) is back from the Dominican Republic, so does this surprise have something to do with Brook Lynn's divorce? Serena (Kelly Kruger) is also at the Q house, so maybe the bombshell is related to Deception business.
So many things can happen on the Quartermaine grounds. Maybe she has decided to kick Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) out of the gate house. Perhaps the falcons are causing problems. Whatever Tracy has to say, we are sure it will be entertaining.
Defending Lulu
Spoilers say that Willow is stunned by Britt's (Kelly Thiebaud) news. Does she learn all about her cousin's one-night stand with a mystery man? Britt also seems to be condemning Willow for being dumb enough to sue Lulu (Alexa Havins) for something that is true. She knows she only did it because Chase (Josh Swickard) came up with the idea.
As for Chase, he doesn't understand why Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) is defending Lulu. Clearly, Lulu had no idea what she was talking about when she wrote that story and was under the influence of the Quartermaines. Dante defends Lulu to a dopey Chase, who can't understand why Dante can't just take Willow's word for things.
Willow's Mom
While Willow is busy suing reporters for libel, she has not been focusing on getting her mother released from a WSB prison. But Nina is still struggling for her freedom.
Now that Baines (Alimi Ballard) has admitted that he may have jumped the gun, Nina starts making demands. She wants out, but she has no idea that her best friend is the one who let her languish.

That best friend now needs a lawyer, so she goes to Alexis with a new scheme in mind. Will Alexis bite and do Ava (Maura West) a favor since she mistakenly believes that Ava helped her find Phoebe's father?
