General Hospital Spoilers October 30: Danny Has a Confession to Make

General Hospital has a big Friday in store as the soap world gets ready for the Daytime Emmys. According to the latest spoilers from ABC for October 30, 2026, Danny is grilled, Trina's stalker is back, and Lulu gets news she doesn't want to hear.

Now that Carly (Laura Wright) has seen Danny (Asher Antonyzyn) and Charlotte (Bluesy Burke) on the security footage from the night Jack (Chris McKenna) disappeared, he knows they have to have something to do with it. Those kids were always up to something. Plus, that was the night Danny stole Chase's (Josh Swickard) car for no apparent reason.

Carly and Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) call Danny down to Carly's office to get to the bottom of things. While this confession would have been much more entertaining if Charlotte was still in the picture, we are sure that the grown-ups will be quite fascinated to hear about the dead body floating in the pool.

This puts a whole new spin on things, but how much trouble will these kids be in now? Will Carly rat Danny out to Jason (Steve Burton)?

Trina's Stalker

Trina (Tabyana Ali) is back at the Cat's Eye Lounge, knowing her biggest fan is still out there and has created a shrine to her on the internet. This has Trina on guard, so she knows not to get in the car with men she barely knows again.

During another performance night, Trina receives more flowers and is terrified. When she turns around, she sees someone unexpected. Is her stalker finally rearing his head or is it someone harmless? Trina is rightfully paranoid now, so it could be anyone.

Bad News for Lulu

Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) and Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) find themselves with a big surprise on Friday, with Lucas (Van Hansis) alarmed, seeing that something just happened between her and Dante. He wants Liz to spill, but she does not see what he is seeing.

As for Dante, he has dinner with Lulu (Alexa Havins) at the Cafe Cherie and tells her that she doesn't seem to have a leg to stand on with this lawsuit. She went about everything wrong, but can Ric now help her make it right?
