Sonny (Maurice Benard) feels a little better about things now that he knows that Carly (Laura Wright) and Donna (Scarlett Spears) have faith in him. He thought that Gio (Giovanni Mazza) was on his side, since that was what he had indicated, but even Gio is ready to move out. He doesn't hate Sonny, but he feels he has no reason to believe his grandfather's denials.

When Gio tells Sonny that he plans to move out and get an apartment with Emma, Sonny can understand Gio's desire to be on his own and live with his girlfriend. However, he has to once again reassure Gio that he was not behind the Pentonville attack.

Gio tells Sonny that he is making his decisions on his own and not letting Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) or Tracy (Jane Elliot) dictate what he does. Can Sonny give Gio his blessing while also getting him to see that he can be trusted and is not lying?

Ashford Surprises

Curtis (Donnell Turner) is stunned to learn that his new lawyer is also Jordan's (Tanisha Harper) sister, but Monet (Blythe Howard) assures him that she will still get him off. She tells Curtis that Jordan has no idea what she is capable of.

As for Portia (Brook Kerr), she has a chat with Stella (Vernee Watson), who tells her that Desmond needs his dad. Spoilers say that Portia makes it clear where her loyalties lie. Does she get Stella to see that she is with Isaiah (Sawandi Wilson) now? Since Isaiah is with Sidwell (Carlo Rota) tomorrow, we wonder what Portia will think of that.
