General Hospital Spoilers September 15: Emma Lets Loose on Josslyn, Chase Tries to End His Marriage

General Hospital continues to deal with the fallout from Anna's breakdown on Mt. Emerson. According to spoilers for Tuesday, September 15, 2026, Anna opens up to Valentin while Emma is furious at Josslyn. Alexis also might have some trouble on her hands.

Anna Confesses Again

Anna (Finola Hughes) has one more person she needs to confide in, and that's Valentin (James Patrick Stuart). He knew there was something wrong, but he didn't know to what extent. Anna tells Valentin that it's worse than he thinks, so he had better brace himself. What will Valentin say when he learns that Anna almost murdered an unarmed woman execution-style on a tarp in the woods?

While Anna opens up, Emma (Braedyn Bruner) has her say. This rivalry does not look like it's going to die down any time soon. Emma is furious with Josslyn (Eden McCoy) when they both wind up at the Brown Dog (with Josslyn's mother and godfather). Emma tells Josslyn that if something happens to her grandmother, then that's on Josslyn. And Josslyn has already done her duty.

Divorce Court?

Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) wants to do everything to fight for her marriage and tells Tracy (Jane Elliot) so. When Tracy assures Brook Lynn that she will support any decision she makes, is she bluffing or will she really be there for BLQ?

Tracy has already tried to recruit Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn), and now Chase (Josh Swickard) wants to recruit her as well. When he sees her at the Metro Court Gardens, he tells her that he may want to end his marriage. Maybe he should talk to his wife first. Spoilers say that Alexis reassures Chase, who will certainly want to know about his rights to Phoebe.

Nina's in Trouble

After her encounter with Agent Baines (Alimi Ballard), Nina (Cynthia Watros) is well aware she is going to have a fight on her hands. Her hot temper with Jack (Chris McKenna) in public has landed her in hot water so she knows she has to lawyer up.

Teasers say that Nina calls a family meeting. Does she gather Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) and Liesl (Kathleen Gati) and tell them to be prepared for questions from the WSB? Will Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) be included too? This is just what Drew (Cameron Mathison) wanted, wasn't it?
