General Hospital Spoilers September 21: Charlotte's Diabolical Move Gets Ugly

General Hospital has teen scene trouble in store on Monday. According to the latest spoilers for September 21, 2026, Charlotte has quite an encounter, Valentin has a request, Anna opens up to Dante, and Britt makes a confession.

Charlotte's Big Dare

Danny (Asher Antonyzyn) does his best to get to Charlotte (Bluesy Burke) and try to stop her, but Cody (Josh Kelly) stops him before he can get too far. He had better hope that someone else stops Charlotte, and it looks like that is just what happens.

Charlotte looks right at the person who opened Drew's (Cameron Mathison) car door and tells them that they have to go right away. With spoilers claiming that Carly (Laura Wright) makes a discovery, does Carly discover Charlotte and then take her to task for doing something so stupid? Charlotte can find herself in more trouble than it's worth if she is not careful.

Saving Nina

Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) is desperate to free her mother before any investigations reveal just how much trouble Willow has really caused over the last year. She will do whatever she has to, so she calls on Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) to tell her whatever he can about how the WSB operates.

Valentin advises Willow to become the WSB's best friend in Congress, as that will make things much easier on Nina (Cynthia Watros). Willow already tried that. Her friend in the WSB was Jack and now he is gone. She doesn't know how it happened, but she is sure that her mother wasn't the culprit.

Anna's Ordeal

Jason (Steve Burton) visits Anna (Finola Hughes) for the first time since he brought her home from Mt. Emerson. Anna shares her fears with Jason, who believes she will finally get well now. When Anna asks how Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) is, will Jason tell her that he broke things off with Britt after they argued about whether Anna should be arrested or not?

As for Britt, she is still recovering from the trauma of what happened. At least she has Isaiah (Sawandi Wilson) as a friend to talk to. Britt tells Isaiah that she knew someone was being held captive and she did nothing about it.
