General Hospital Spoilers September 24: Drew and Michael Put Their Cards on the Table

General Hospital presents a controversial Thursday as Drew's latest sighting gives him ideas. According to the latest spoilers for September 24, 2026, Willow gives Chase some advice, Tracy is issued a challenge, Ava is furious with Sonny, and Justine gets a wake-up call.

It didn't take Drew (Cameron Mathison) long to realize that Chase (Josh Swickard) and Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) still have a thing for one another. He heard enough when he was in that wheelchair, but now he has seen it and realizes he may have the perfect way to enact his revenge.

Spoilers say that Michael (Rory Gibson) and Drew discuss some matters, so who wants to bet Willow is one of those matters, as each one lays their cards on the table? Michael is well aware there is something going on between Willow and Chase and may wonder why it took so long for Drew to take notice.

Will Michael mention that he also knows that Willow shot Drew and that is why she is living in the gatehouse where he can keep his eyes on her? Perhaps Drew and Michael will team up to take care of their Willow problem together.

The Chases

When Chase tells Willow about his meeting with his new lawyer, she advises him to move back into the Quartermaine house. She knows all too well how they like to deal with custody matters. Besides, Willow probably wants Chase on the property.

As for Tracy (Jane Elliot), she learns she is going to have a fight on her hands when Monet (Blythe Howard) lays her own cards on the table and tells her that Chase is moving in and plans to secure his rights to his daughter.

Sonny's World

Ava (Maura West) is furious with Sonny (Maurice Benard) for making another decision about Avery behind her back and lets him know just as much. Sonny's actions also make her more determined than ever to help Drew take Sonny down.

As for Justine (Nazneen Contractor), she meets with Jordan (Tanisha Harper) at the Metro Court Gardens and learns that her friend knows all about her and Sonny. Teasers say that Jordan gets a surprise. Does she end up losing a friend?
