General Hospital Spoilers September 4: Anna Sets Her Trap For Britt

General Hospital ends the week with danger as Anna finally makes her move. According to spoilers for Friday, September 4, 2026, Anna runs into Jason, Ava needs to think fast, and Sonny needs some legal advice.

Anna (Finola Hughes) made sure she could still shoot her target, so now she is ready to take aim. Anna tells Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) where to meet her in order to give Britt information about Cassius' (Ryan Paevey) death. Of course, that is all a big lie. Anna tells Britt to meet her in the woods to kill her on Hallucination Peter's orders.

Spoilers say that Anna runs into Jason (Steve Burton). Does she see him before she heads out to meet Britt and hesitate? Will she realize what she is doing is wrong but do it anyway because Peter tells her to?

When Britt and Anna finally meet, Britt asks Anna why they are meeting so far out of town. Anna trains her gun and tells Britt it's so nobody can find them. Will Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) and Jason have to eventually work together to save Britt and talk Anna down?

Ava's Tick Bite

After Nina (Cynthia Watros) used tweezers to remove a tick from Ava's (Maura West) neck, Ava heads to the ER to make sure that Nina got all of it. Isaiah (Sawandi Wilson) informs Ava that the tick could cause Lyme disease. He will likely want to put her on an antibiotic just in case, but also wants to know how Ava Jerome came across a tick. Ava will have to think fast to explain why she was in the woods.

Meanwhile, Drew (Cameron Mathison) finds himself furious, but why? He is cryptic with Marty (Michael E. Knight) when he tells him that Jack's (Chris McKenna) evidence is dead and buried, but this should make him happy and not angry.

Alexis and Sonny

Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) drops by Sonny's (Maurice Benard) place to discuss a legal matter, but when was the last time that Alexis was actually Sonny's lawyer? Sonny insinuates that this can be a disaster, so what does Alexis have to walk Sonny through?
