General Hospital Spoilers Video October 30: Trina's Stalker's Back, Jason Goes Digging, Danny Fesses Up

General Hospital ends the week with quite an eventful episode. According to the latest spoilers video from ABC for Friday, October 30, 2026, Trina's biggest fan is back, Jason wants answers, and so do Carly, Valentin...and Lucas.

Flowers for Trina

Another night of performing at the Cat's Eye Lounge leads to another scary night for Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali). She receives more flowers from her biggest fan, but is that fan there with her?

Trina has a pensive look on her face when she turns around, but does she see someone who is not supposed to be there or is she just reacting to another batch of mystery flowers with a creepy card?

Another Jacks for Josslyn

Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) is about to find out she has some family in town when Jason arrives with more questions. Last week he accused her of setting up a prison attack and this week he informs her that she seems to have a cousin named Jude.

Josslyn doesn't know that by telling Hudson (Troy Appel) all about Phoebe, she inadvertently led Jude (Wil Traval) to the baby he claims is his daughter. Some cunning WSB agent she turned out to be. Does she know anything about this man? Can she help the Quartermaines keep Phoebe?

Dante and Elizabeth

After Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) wipes some flour from Elizabeth's (Rebecca Herbst) ear and hair, something must happen or at least Lucas (Van Hansis) thinks something happened. When Dante is gone, he tells his friend that something just happened between her and Dante and needs Liz to spill.

Meanwhile, Dante has dinner with Lulu (Alexa Havins) and warns her that she doesn't seem to have a legal leg to stand on when it comes to Willow's (Katelyn MacMullen) case against her. Will Lulu really back down?

About That Dead Body

In their quest to help Lulu, Carly (Laura Wright) and Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) realize they have to figure out what really happened to Jack. After finding Danny (Asher Antonyzyn) and Charlotte (Bluesy Burke) on the security footage from that night, they know who they need to talk to.

Will Danny finally tell them the whole truth? He and Charlotte found Jack's dead body floating in the pool and left it there. That will certainly leave some parental jaws on the floor.
