General Hospital Spoilers Video Preview June 22 to 26: Operation Rescue Rocco and Josslyn...With Anna's Comeback

General Hospital kicks it into high gear this week. According to the latest spoilers preview video for June 22 to 26, 2026, Luke's grandson and Bobbie's granddaughter need help from the big kids. But that's ok, Laura, Carly, Lulu, and Lucas are there. And so is Anna.

Finding Rocco

Lulu (Alexa Havins) is more desperate than ever to rescue Rocco (Finn Carr), so she brings in the big guns. Thanks to Cassius (Ryan Paevey), she knows where Rocco is and that she and Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) have to find him before Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) does, but she will need help.

Lulu finally turns to her mother and tells her what has been going on. Does she need Laura's (Genie Francis) help with more than just Charlotte (Bluesy Burke)? Little does Lulu know that Charlotte has her own plans to help Rocco.

Meanwhile, Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) is shocked when she arrives back at her little house she shares with Rocco and sees someone or something that she shouldn't.

Finding Josslyn

Carly (Laura Wright) is not about to let Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) fly off to Geneva to talk to "Z" while she sits around doing nothing. She knows that Josslyn is right across the harbor and Cullum could kill her any time he wants, so Carly takes the big step and tells Lucas (Van Hansis) what is going on.

Lucas is stunned to hear that Josslyn (Eden McCoy) is a WSB agent and is now stuck in Wyndemere somewhere. But he knows the place well now and is used to all this rescue hero stuff. Why not embark on another caper, this time with Carly, and rescue his niece? Will Carly also mention that the new boyfriend she had been talking about was Valentin?

Enter Anna Devane

The one person who could likely take care of all of this is busy knitting in a French mental institution with a sassy new 'do. Anna (Finola Hughes) is all smiles when the nurse comes to check on her, but it's clear she is just biding her time until she can get out of there and bring down the people who put her there.

What has Anna been up to all of these months and what kind of plan does she have to escape?
