General Hospital Spoilers Video Preview June 23: Sonny Has Big Sidwell Plans for Ava

General Hospital's Sonny is back and taking numbers. He is not about to let Sidwell get away that easily. According to the spoilers preview video for Tuesday, June 23, 2026, Sonny tells Ava exactly what he wants, Lulu tells Laura all about Rocco's big adventure, and Lucy drives a hard bargain with Brook Lynn.

Another Trap For Sidwell?

It took Ethan (Nathan Dean) the entire episode to get Ava (Maura West) to leave with him and head over to Sonny's (Maurice Benard) for a chat, but now that she is there, Ava learns exactly what Sonny wants. It turns out Ava's close friendship with Jenz (Carlo Rota) wasn't for nothing because Sonny wants to use it to lure Sidwell out of hiding.

Ava thinks that Jenz is long gone by now. After all, he shot Lucas (Van Hansis) and the police have him dead to rights. Why would he stick around Port Charles? Sonny knows that Sidwell isn't going anywhere until he knows exactly who killed Marco (Adrian Anchondo) and wants Ava to help him set a trap. All they really have to do is visit Willow's (Katelyn MacMullen) living room, which is where all fugitives seem to end up, at least for a little while.

While Willow enterains a new criminal houseguest in her house of criminals and children, she also entertains a cop whom she wants to work for her. Will she talk him into it before or after Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) manages to pin a non-crime on her that all of Port Charles wants to pretend is a crime?

Lucy (Lynn Herring) is proud of herself for helping Brook Lynn with her scheme, but she wants something in return. Brook Lynn never expected to be asked for payment, so what could Lucy really want?

The Truth About Rocco

While Sonny puts another Sidwell plan into motion, Laura (Genie Francis) finally learns why their grandson got on a plane and fled Port Charles with Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud). Rocco (Finn Carr) shot his first person, which should be a rite of passage, considering his lineage.

Too bad he shot a WSB agent and Jason took the fall for the crime. Now, the bad guys are after Rocco, so Lulu (Alexa Havins) and Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) have to go to the Virgin Islands to get him. (Did Rocco even need his fake passport since he's only been flying to U.S. territories?)

As for Dante (Dominic Zamprogna), he tells Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) that he is off to save his son, but he is still angry at Lulu for not telling him the truth from the start.
