General Hospital Spoilers VIDEO Sneak Peek, April 2: Cassius stuns Lulu as Britt lashes out

The General Hospital spoilers sneak peek video for Thursday, April 2, 2026, teases more fallout from the action on Pier 55 as pressure builds for two of Cesar Faison's four kids.

What to expect on General Hospital

Cassius Faison (Ryan Paevey) is walking a fine line, trying to protect Rocco (Finn Carr) for Lulu's (Alexa Havins) sake while also doing Sidwell's (Carlo Rota) dirty work at the PCPD. He had the opportunity to tell Sidwell who really shot Cullum (Andrew Hawkes), but he didn't. Instead, he sought out Lulu at the pier, where she went over what had happened that fateful night.

Cassius once again warns Lulu that she cannot breathe a word of what happened to anyone, but then seems to lay the blame for all of it on Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) and Jason (Steve Burton). Lulu can't imagine why he would do that when they weren't the bad guys in this scenario. Will Cassius make up a story to steer Lulu in another direction?

Meanwhile, Cassius' sister is in pretty bad shape as her Huntington's symptoms appear to return. She also can't get what happened out of her mind, so she is in no mood for pushback when she sees Brad (Parry Shen). Surprisingly, Britt hauls off and whacks her BFF clear across the face. What could Brad say to elicit such a reaction?

Lucas' big surprise

Lucas (Van Hansis) returns to Wyndemere, convinced that confronting Sidwell and telling him he is partly responsible for his son's death is a good idea. What he does not expect is for Sidwell to beg him to stay on Spoon Island, so that he feels he still has a part of Marco (Adrian Anchondo) with him.

Will Lucas decide to take Sidwell up on his offer out of the goodness of his heart or as a way to gather the evidence he needs against Sidwell and Cullum?

Hospital Happenings

It's a big day at General Hospital when Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) and Ric (Rick Hearst) drop by and both have encounters with Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst). Ric gives Liz some reassurances and Liz gives Dante some surprising news.

Dante also stops at Cullum's room to ask him a very pointed question. Why did he issue an arrest warrant for Jason Morgan in the first place? Will Cullum have a good answer for the police commissioner?

Sonny and Laura conspire

After her chat with Ezra Boyle (Daniel Cosgrove), Laura (Genie Francis) heads straight to Sonny's (Maurice Benard) house for a friendly visit. She doesn't want to do what Ezra suggested and come out against Sonny and Jason publicly, but she might not have a choice.

Will Sonny advise Laura to do it to throw Sidwell more off his game? He is vulnerable now and it could be their time to finally pounce. Sonny is also ready to make a very bold move.
