The General Hospital spoilers sneak peek video for Thursday, February 19, 2026, teases joy in Maxie's house and mysteries in Drew's house.

What to expect on General Hospital

It's going to be a very busy day in Port Charles on Thursday when Maxie (Kirsten Storms) arrives home from Boston to reunite with her kids — and Lulu (Alexa Havins). The two friends are thrilled to be with one another again and still have that playful manner about them.

They also have the specter of Nathan's (Ryan Paevey) return hanging over them. Maxie is not sure what she will do when she sees him, and Lulu is not sure what to do about her feelings for her best friend's husband.

Another happy reunion

The very busy Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) quit her job so she could torture Drew (Cameron Mathison) and focus on her kids, but now she's been offered the chance to take Drew's place in Congress. She still has to think about it, but at least she finally has her kids. Maybe all these distractions caused her to miss dosing Drew.

When Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) ends up in Drew's room, he seems to try to speak, but can't quite get the words out. Alexis asks him if he is trying to tell her something. If he can only choose a few words, where will he even start? Drew doesn't even know that Alexis is well aware that Willow shot him.

Michael in the hot seat again

Poor Michael (Rory Gibson) can't imagine why he's at the PCPD again when he has nothing to hide. He cooperated with the police and there was nothing suspicious on his keyring, as far as Michael knew. When Michael calls Diane (Carolyn Hennesy), he tells her that he feels like he is walking into a trap.

And Chase (Josh Swickard) is the one who set that trap when he had no reason to. Willow was acquitted, so why is he so obsessed with hurting Michael? Does Chase realize that he did the wrong thing and start feeling guilty? He certainly looks uncomfortable when an excited Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) comes to him and tells him that she is ready to start their family.
