The General Hospital spoilers sneak peek video for Friday, March 20, 2026, teases all hell breaking loose in Port Charles as Jason and Britt have more trouble than they bargained for as they prepare to leave town.

Josslyn's (Eden McCoy) little in-and-out-of-the-window visit surprised Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) enough. After giving away that her father actually had four kids and not three, she thinks she is finally in the clear until there's a knock at her door. And there's Rocco (Finn Carr), needing a favor and looking so sweet and earnest.

How can Britt ever turn him down, especially since she thinks of him as a son of sorts? What does Rocco want and how is Britt going to leave him behind? Will Rocco remind Britt what she might lose if she skips town again, even if she plans to return? Sometimes the best laid plans can go awry. After all, she never expected to end up back in Port Charles after nearly three years in Croatia.

What does Rocco even want? Britt said goodbye to him in her own way, so he doesn't know that she plans to leave. Perhaps Danny (Asher Antonyzyn) mentioned something to him since Jason (Steve Burton) told his son that he had to help Britt.

As for Jason, he remains at his perch atop a roof in broad daylight with a rifle in hand, ready to kill Cullum (Andrew Hawkes). He has the crooked agent in his crosshairs, but Jack (Chris McKenna) is also there, so Jason is not ready to pull the trigger just yet.

When Jason prepared his weapon, he seemed to be having second thoughts about continuing his life and his decision to walk away from family again. Leaving Danny, Carly (Laura Wright), and Tracy (Jane Elliot) behind won't be easy, but maybe it won't have to be for long. He also recalled wanting Jack dead, so will he shoot the other man?

At the PCPD, Nathan (Ryan Paevey) can't get Cullum out of his mind. He seemed spooked when Cullum visited Lulu (Alexa Havins) and started asking too many questions about Valentin. Does he somehow know Cullum or is it just a feeling?

Nathan (Ryan Paevey) is sure that Cullum has to be trouble and warns Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) that Lulu needs to stay away from that guy. Does this arouse Dante's suspicions at all? Will he start to wonder once again where Nathan was for seven years?

While the family hitman decides who he plans to kill, there is chaos happening at home. Olivia (Lisa LoCicero) finally gets her family meeting and Michael (Rory Gibson) is left defending himself.

Did Olivia really blow up Tracy's phone with multiple texts just to tell everyone that she found Michael and Jacinda (Paige Herschell) naked at the gatehouse?
