General Hospital Spoilers VIDEO Sneak Peek, May 6: Cassius sparks suspicion, Dante and Ethan want answers

It looks like General Hospital's Josslyn did more damage to Cassius than we realized. According to spoilers for Wednesday, May 6, 2026, Cassius ends up in an exam room, while Dante is at the nurses' station needing something from Elizabeth. Over at the Q mansion, Ethan is making himself at home, learning more about Delilah.

Keeping Isaiah quiet

After Cassius (Ryan Paevey) locked Josslyn (Eden McCoy) in Anna's (Finola Hughes) old room at Wyndemere, we could see him rub his abdomen as if something was wrong. Did Josslyn really hurt him with one of her WSB-trained roundhouse kicks? Could she have knicked him with that knife before he knocked it out of her hand?

Cassius asks Isaiah (Sawandi Wilson) to treat him, but he also wants Isaiah to keep quiet about things. Isaiah doesn't want to break hospital protocol for Cassius, but Cassius remembers what Isaiah did for Rocco (Finn Carr). He expects the same treatment, but Isaiah doesn't feel he owes anything to Cassius. Will he take his concerns back to Lulu (Alexa Havins)?

What does Dante need?

Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) is still trying to figure out just what happened on Pier 55 that fateful night. There are too many things that just don't add up. He feels Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) may have some answers, even if she doesn't know it, so he goes to her and asks for a favor.

Meanwhile, Laura (Genie Francis) thinks she is doing Liz a favor by having a talk with Ric (Rick Hearst). She is concerned that the Sidwell mess will put her former daughter-in-law in danger, but Ric is afraid that he will lose Liz for good if he pulls back.

Little does Ric know that Sonny (Maurice Benard) is about to make things even more difficult for him by jumping to conclusions, all thanks to Ethan Lovett (Nathan Dean).

Ethan's intrigued on General Hospital

After hearing that Phoebe's mom was named Delilah, Ethan decides to stay at the Q mansion for a bit and catch up with Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton). He sits himself down to hear more about Delilah and how Brook Lynn and Chase (Josh Swickard) came to find her.

Chase then states the obvious. He has a sneaking suspicion that Delilah was trying to hide something. Ya think? Nothing gets by our Patrolman Chase, right?
