General Hospital Video Preview October 1: Tracy Puts Chase to the Test, Dante Confronts Sonny

General Hospital starts the month with an emotional episode full of family drama. According to the latest spoilers video from ABC for Thursday, October 1, 2026, Brook Lynn's marriage comes under fire again, Dante wants answers from Sonny, Trina grows accusatory, and Rocco needs a mom.

Tracy (Jane Elliot) and Michael (Rory Gibson) each have their own personal reasons for wanting Chase (Josh Swickard) to cheat with Willow (Katelyn MacMullen), but there is definitely resistance. First, Chase still loves Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) despite being a fool. He tells Tracy that he still loves her granddaughter, so she tells him to just forgive her and move on.

To Chase, it's not as simple as that. Brook Lynn did something that hurt his precious Willow and that just won't do. Willow may have come out of it unscathed, but that doesn't seem to matter to Chase.

And that is what Michael seems to be trying to get through to Brook Lynn. He appears to tell her that she would be better off without the guy, but could still keep her baby if things go according to plan.

The Blame Game

Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) doesn't want to believe that Sonny (Maurice Benard) was the one who ordered the attack at Pentonville, but all the evidence says otherwise. Sonny is sure that he can get his son to believe him, but that seems easier said than done. Dante tells Sonny that he still doesn't respect him enough to tell him the truth.

Trina (Tabyana Ali) believes her father as she always does and is sure that Sonny had to be the culprit. That is one more thing that might mar Gio (Giovanni Mazza) and Trina's singing career, especially because Sonny was going to help them out. Sonny might soon learn that he will also lose Gio's trust.

Rocco's Sad Life

Lulu (Alexa Havins) is surprised to see the sorry shape that Rocco (Finn Carr) is in as he tells her what happened the night before. Does he know he should not have invoked Danny's (Asher Antonyzyn) mother to get a point across, considering that Danny's mother died saving his own mother two years ago?

Lulu tells Rocco that there is one common denominator in his situation. Is the common denominator Charlotte (Bluesy Burke) or Scout (Kayden Brenna Tokarski)?
