General Hospital Video Spoilers October 15: Willow Declares War on Lulu, Josslyn Declares War on Sonny

General Hospital gets back to business after a lovely little Quartermaine day with Willow and Lulu having it out in the Quartermaine kitchen. According to the latest spoilers video from ABC for Thursday, October 15, 2026, Lulu's story continues to make waves, Chase contemplates life, Curtis gets bad news, and Josslyn won't back down.

It's On

Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) may not realize who she is dealing with when she threatens Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins) right in the middle of Tracy's (Jane Elliot) kitchen. Lulu might be dealing with a lawsuit thanks to Chase's (Josh Swickard) bright idea, but that doesn't mean she's going to roll over and play dead. Quite the contrary. Lulu knows her story is true and she is going to prove it no matter what.

As for Chase, he gave Willow the idea to sue and now has to figure out what he's going to do with his own life. How fortuitous that Hudson (Troy Appel) is at Sonny's (Maurice Benard) boxing gym to give him advice and tell Chase that one never knows what life brings. It might even bring Hudson to Chase's wife and daughter.

Pentonville It Is

Curtis (Donnell Turner) seems disappointed when he learns his time at Hotel GH is up and he's being sent back to Pentonville. Curtis tells Monet (Blythe Howard) he can't believe he doesn't get to go to Spring Ridge. What kind of lawyer is she that she couldn't even manage that?

Curtis seems to think he has privileges that he doesn't really have. He is also angry that Monet tricked him into hiring her as his lawyer. Is there already a war while Jordan is away?

Sonny vs. Carly's Daughter

Baines has a warning for Josslyn | Image: ABC

Josslyn (Eden McCoy) thinks she can use her undercover position as JJE CEO to take down Sonny. Since the WSB won't let her do it using international spy channels, she just put her spy skills to work to do things the corporate way.

When Baines (Alimi Ballard) gets wind of Josslyn's latest move, he takes her to task and tells the junior spy. He tells her that she needs to follow orders or she will eventually pay the price.

As for Sonny, he knows he has quite a battle on his hands, but he is ready to take on Carly's (Laura Wright) daughter. Ric (Rick Hearst) just wants to know how far his brother is willing to go.
