General Hospital spoilers for the week of April 20 to 24, 2026, show a heart-stopping week in Port Charles as Sonny's latest visitor has a major request, Valentin's new plan comes with risks, and Britt's fears may come to fruition.
Coming up on General Hospital
Did Carly (Laura Wright) assume that her new boyfriendValentin (James Patrick Stuart) was upstairs in his attic while she had dinner with Lucas (Van Hansis) in the kitchen? She is surprised when he returns to her home with some big news. He is working with Nina (Cynthia Watros) now to get what they want. Considering how Carly feels about Nina, this comes as quite a shock. Valentin assures Carly that they can trust Nina, but Carly isn't so sure.
By the end of the week, Valentin issues a warning. With Josslyn (Eden McCoy) digging even deeper into this mess and not listening to anyone, is she on the receiving end of Valentin's warning?
Sonny (Maurice Benard) and Kristina (Kate Mansi) are both surprised to find Ethan (Nathan Dean) Lovett at the door. Kristina once planned to marry Ethan, but that was during her teenage years when she was young and starry-eyed. Ethan wants Sonny to give him a job, but Sonny is skeptical. When Sonny takes a big risk, is this risk one he is taking on Ethan? We guess he needs a right-hand man while Jason (Steve Burton) is away. Ric (Rick Hearst) is just there to do legal work.
Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) also gets a few surprises next week as she works to protect a loved one. Does she learn that Rocco (Finn Carr) followed her to the pier that night and realize that Jason has been covering for the teen all along? By the end of the week, Britt is looking for reassurance.
At least some people get to have fun next week when Gio (Giovanni Mazza) and Emma (Braedyn Bruner) travel to Manhattan and take in the sights. They even get to go backstage at the Broadway musical Aladdin and meet a genie. What wishes will he grant them?
