GH Hot Plots October 12 to 16: Lulu Under Fire, Trina in Danger, Sonny Takes Charge

General Hospital has quite a week on tap as the fallout from Lulu's story continues, but that's not all that's in store. The hottest plots for October 12 to 16, 2026, include Lulu having to defend herself, Trina's life taking a turn, and Sonny fighting back.

Lies? Not So Much

Drew (Cameron Mathison) is not one to take things lying down and runs straight to Lulu's (Alexa Havins) house to confront her about her story. She didn't tell him that this was going to be a story about Willow (Katelyn MacMullen). He thought it was going to be about his strength and resilience. How dare Willow print that he was so weak that his wife was able to keep him in a paralytic state for months?

Dante doesn't appear to believe Sidwell (Carlo Rota), as he loudly claims everything in Lulu's big story is a pack of lies. Chase (Josh Swickard) already believes it's fake news, but it's not fake news and Sidwell knows it. That's why Dante comes to Lulu's defense and encourages his ex-wife after her harrowing experience with Drew.

Trouble for Trina

Gio (Giovanni Mazza) and Trina (Tabyana Ali) have another performance scheduled at the Pussycat Lounge and her stalker appears ready to pounce. While Emma (Braedyn Bruner) is there to support Gio through his troubles with Sonny (Maurice Benard), none of them realize how much trouble Trina is really in.

Her stalker is watching, which can only mean trouble. By the end of the week, Trina is in need of a rescue. It looks like the stalker uses the performance as an opportunity to get the job done, whatever the job may be. Is Heather Webber (Alley Mills) behind this or will she be the one to rescue Trina?

Sonny is Back

Sonny has had a rough few weeks, but he is not one to rest on his laurels. He appears to get good news this week, but does the good news turn to bad when someone buys his piers? Something tells us Josslyn and JJE might be behind that move.

Sonny knows he has a new enemy, so he takes aim, but plans to do it the legal way. He has Ric (Rick Hearst) by his side to come up with a new scheme. They do not like that the new enemy is someone Sonny knows way too well...
