GH Hot Plots October 19 to 23: Danger for Trina, Romantic Entanglements, Lucy's Looney Plot

General Hospital has a big week in store as Trina's stalker story kicks into high gear. According to the hottest plots for October 19 to 23, 2026, Trina is unnerved, Carly gets daring, and Jason wants some serious answers.

Stalker Time!

Trina is not sure what to think | Image: ABC

Trina (Tabyana Ali) doesn't know what to think when she sees a candlelit room with rose petals on the bed and her song playing in the background. Could Quinn (Jequan Jackson) really be her stalker, or is something else going on here?

Quinn is a way, way too obvious a choice, so we think this might be a romantic setup from Kai (Jens Austin Astrup) and he used Quinn to get Trina there and surprise her. Either way, Trina is still in danger and Emma (Braedyn Bruner) looks like she enters the chat when she puts her detective hat on later in the week. Perhaps she should have been the WSB agent.

Triangle Time!

Carly (Laura Wright) is surprised when Anna (Finola Hughes) shows up at Sonny's (Maurice Benard) door when she is dropping off Donna's (Scarlett Spears) tablet. Anna wants to check on Sonny amid all the controversy surrounding the attacks at Pentonville.

Carly also finds herself at Lucas' (Van Hansis) place for a late-night chat, but that may prompt her to do something daring. She shares some close moments with Valentin (James Patrick Stuart). Does she take an emotional dare and tell him that she loves him? Will he say it back? The spectre of Anna is always there for Carly (Laura Wright), so those three little words would make her feel better.

Anna will also seek out Valentin by mid-week. Does she ask him to attend a therapy session with her? That would certainly make for some interesting soap opera from Helena Cassadine's (Constance Towers) son.

Deception Time!

Can Serena and Lucy really fool Jason? | Image: ABC

We're not sure what Lucy (Lynn Herring) is thinking by sending Serena (Kelly Kruger) to trick Jason (Steve Burton) into signing over Michael's (Rory Gibson) shares to her. Does she not know this is Jason Morgan and he is absolutely meticulous? Of course, he's going to go over anything he signs with a fine-tooth comb.

Jason clearly does not sign that document because later in the week, he makes an offer to Lucy. Does he somehow get Lucy some shares back to make her happy for a little while?
