GH Hot Plots September 28 to October 2: Life-Changing News, Suspicious Minds, and Dirty Games

Expect some sad goodbyes and some fierce anger this week on General Hospital. The hottest plots for September 28 to October 2, 2026, feature a bad week for the teen scene as it loses a member. Plus, the fallout from the Pentonville attack will take centerstage, while the WSB continues to cause problems.

So Long, Charlotte

No matter how much she begs and pleads with Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) to forgive for her bad behavior, Charlotte (Bluesy Burke) can't win. Her parents send her to boarding school, hoping that will tame her, but that is doubtful. After Charlotte leaves, it's Danny (Asher Antonyzyn) who will be the most devastated because these two kids have been each other's lifeline. They have also been the other's worst influence, so now they have to be apart.

Danny will lash out at Rocco (Finn Carr) when he gives him the bad news, while he also clashes with Scout (Kayden Brenna Tokarski) later in the week. Scout is very defensive of her father, which is going to make her relationship with Danny even worse.

As for Charlotte's parents, Valentin opens up to Anna (Finola Hughes) when he runs into her at the Metro Court Gardens. Lulu (Alexa Havins) will seek out Tracy (Jane Elliot) and confide her feelings.

It looks like Curtis (Donnell Turner) and Sidwell (Carlo Rota) are in such bad condition that they have to be brought to GH after they were beaten behind bars. Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) immediately knows that his father is a suspect, despite him claiming that he has gone legit.

When Jordan (Tanisha Harper) is surprised by Curtis' (Donnell Turner) claim, does he tell her that the inmate who beat him mentioned Sonny's (Maurice Benard) name? As far as Jordan knew, Sonny didn't do that sort of thing anymore.

When Sonny is crushed later in the week, does Justine (Nazneen Contractor) dump him because Jordan gave her some info?

Saving Nina

Ava (Maura West) and Drew (Cameron Mathison) find themselves horrified this week, which means any number of things could happen. We do know they would be especially horrified if a dog manages to dig up Jack's (Chris McKenna) body by the Q crypt.

Would that hurt or help Nina (Cynthia Watros)? Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) does everything she can to help her mother this week and may have some success.
