GH Plots November 2 to 6: Heather's Back, Lulu Goes Digging, Brook Lynn Fights Back

General Hospital has a lot on its plate as November sweeps gets off to a roaring start. According to the latest hot plots from ABC for November 2 to 6, 2026, Trina has more to worry about than she ever imagined, Lulu is determined to get to the truth, and Brook Lynn is determined to keep her daughter.

Heather Keeps Her Promise

Heather (Alley Mills) promised Ace that she wasn't leaving Port Charles for good and she kept that promise when she walked into the Cat's Eye Lounge on Friday. Trina (Tabyana Ali) is immediately terrified, while Emma (Braedyn Bruner), Gio (Giovanni Mazza), and Kai (Jens Austin Astrup) want to know what the heck is going on. Heather is looking better than she has in years and seems to just want to be Trina's friend. She is shocked when Heather makes an announcement.

When Portia (Brook Kerr) learns that Heather is back, she is livid. Gio and Emma are suspicious and do some investigating. Do they think Heather could be Trina's infamous stalker?

The Truth is Out There

Now that Ric (Rick Hearst) has challenged Lulu (Alexa Havins) to prove her story, she is ready to do just that. Lucas and Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) look to be key in this endeavor. When Lucas makes a discovery, does it have to do with what happened to Jack (Chris McKenna) and Drew (Cameron Mathison) or does he learn something about Joe?

By the end of the week, Lulu asks Elizabeth for a favor. Will Lulu's questions finally get Elizabeth to see that her little friend Willow has done everything she's been accused of? It's not like Liz to be this obtuse.

All Around Port Charles

Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) is in a panic now that Jude has come to town and has staked his claim on Phoebe. She and Chase (Josh Swickard) strategize their next steps, while Tracy (Jane Elliot) puts her trust in Jason to take care of things. He is now protector of the Quartermaines and takes his job seriously.

Carly (Laura Wright) finds herself in the hot seat after coming across Jack's body in the nature preserve by the Q crypt. At the end of the week, Drew celebrates, but it may be premature. Does that have anything to do with Carly and Valentin's (James Patrick Stuart) big find?
