On the Tuesday, October 13, 2026, episode of General Hospital, Lulu explained herself, Sonny reeled, Josslyn celebrated, Trina was stalked, and Drew came up with a brand-new idea.
Not Backing Down

At Lulu's place, she swore to Dante that her story was accurate. "Jenz Sidwell told me specifically that Willow drugged Drew with a paralytic that he gave her," Lulu insisted. "How can Sidwell deny that he said it if I have the audio to back it up?" Dante told Lulu that Sidwell claimed he was lying.
Dante said that Sidwell claimed he was high on pain meds when talking to her. "People use pain meds all the time. That doesn't magically turn them into liars," she said. "He's lying to you," Dante said that was the problem — who was he lying to? "Was he lying to me when not heavily medicated?" he asked.
As Lulu absorbed this information, she admitted that she really wanted her mom right now. She regrouped and insisted to Dante that she had backup evidence that there was a link between the two strokes in Drew's living room. "There is no way that these two events were unrelated," Lulu said.
Dante warned Lulu that the recording wasn't the cover she thought it was. He tried to get her to see the trouble she was in. Before he could say much more, Elizabeth arrived with questions. "Lulu, why did you interview me under false pretenses?" she asked.
Lulu insisted to Elizabeth that she was not questioning her about a theory. "Willow is guilty of drugging Drew," Lulu insisted. Elizabeth admitted there were some questions about the stroke, but Lulu made some serious accusations based on an interview with a drugged criminal.
Elizabeth also pointed out that Lulu wasn't authorized to enter Sidwell's room, but Lulu hedged when she was asked how she got in there. Finally, Lulu asked the ultimate question. Why was Liz not outraged at Willow for drugging her husband? Liz knew the two strokes had been off from the start, but still refused to believe Willow could have been behind it. "What else is she guilty of?" Lulu asked.
Elizabeth still insisted these accusations were too serious. "This could affect her job, her children," she said. Dante even suggested she retract the article, but Lulu refused to back down.
Josslyn's Victory

In the auction room at the Metro Court, Josslyn happily signed the papers giving her ownership of Sonny's piers. Carly was ready to go, but Valentin thought the fun was just getting started. As Carly stared at Sonny, she said, "What's about to happen is the opposite of fun for me."
Hudson congratulated Josslyn on a job well done. Sonny also congratulated her, so she made a snide remark. "I'm sorry for your loss," she said. Sonny wasn't about to take this lying down. "You've made your point. Now, you can hand over those piers to me," he said.
Ric said that they were prepared to match Josslyn's bid and purchase the piers. "This doesn't have to be complicated," Sonny said. Hudson explained that JJE had development plans for the piers and they had no intention of giving them up. Ric still tried to work out a deal, but Sonny got angry.
"This is not a game, Josslyn. You need to give me the piers. She doesn't know how to hold them or keep them from the people who would misuse them," Sonny told Hudson before turning to his former stepdaughter: "Josslyn, don't let this be about your pride. Do the right thing."
Sonny tried to explain to Jax's Gen Z daughter that the piers were used to organized crime and he had kept the bad crime out to keep the city safe. "They're a dangerous threat to anyone who owns them," Sonny warned. "If I own the piers, I will keep the people that you care about safe. You can't do that."
Josslyn didn't seem to care. "Those piers have been the bane of this city my entire life. With you right in the middle. And that ends now," she declared. "As for trouble, Sonny, bring it on."
When Josslyn returned to the MC room, she was giddy. She was even more excited when she learned that Sonny was the highest bidder. "He was this close to reclaiming his precious piers," Hudson said.
Hudson also revealed something about himself when he told Josslyn he'd met many guys like Ric and Sonny on the tarmac, saying their lives were in his hands as he flew them in a private jet. Josslyn, ever the super spy, didn't seem to take note of this.
Sonny's New Headache

When Sonny and Ric returned to Sonny's house, Ric went on and on about the research he did to ensure that Sonny was the highest bidder. "I don't know how she pulled it off," he said. Sonny wasn't in a good headspace to listen to Ric. He couldn't believe that Josslyn — JOSSLYN! — was his new enemy.
"She even joined the WSB to come after me! What is that!?" Sonny exclaimed. Ric warned that the WSB wasn't the problem. "It looks to me that Josslyn is fully committed to running her father's business. And for you, that's much worse," Ric said.
Ric detailed how Josslyn could go after other assets and properties, which worried Sonny. "I don't care what Josslyn thinks of me. I love her and I always will. But she picked the wrong fight here. She's misguided. If Josslyn thinks I'm just going to let her down and let her destroy me, she's dead wrong," Sonny said.
Sonny refused to go after Josslyn directly, but he was ready to go after Hudson and JJE. "You have to figure out who this Hudson Parker is. He might be the key to stopping Josslyn before it's too late," he said.
Carly's Request

Carly and Valentin went back to Carly's office to discuss what had just happened. Valentin was impressed that Carly was able to show enough restraint to walk away from the scene between Sonny and Joss. "I know you wanted to get in there and referee," he said.
Carly knew she couldn't control Josslyn, but she hoped Anna could at least help her. Carly explained that she wanted Anna to mentor Josslyn. Valentin didn't think Anna was in the right frame of mind for that now, so Carly dropped the news that Anna told her everything that had happened with Britt. Carly understood that Anna wasn't the right person to help Josslyn now. "But she could be. With your help," she said.
Carly explained that Anna's therapist wanted her to bring someone to therapy who knew her when she met Faison. Valentin knew that would be him. She told him that Anna didn't want to draw him back in, but Carly felt Anna, Josslyn, and even Valentin could benefit from this. Valentin agreed to approach Anna about this, but he refused to push.
Stalker Time

At the Cat's Eye Lounge, Trina and Gio prepared for their big show with Emma and Kai by their side for support. Kai asked if Quinn had gotten there yet, but he hadn't. Ava suddenly arrived to watch the performance, but somebody was watching Trina through the window.
Ava and Trina made some small talk before Ava got up the nerve to ask how Curtis was doing. Trina updated her. "We can be so close to losing him," she said, giving Ava a case of the guilt. When Quinn arrived, he stared right at Trina, who was still talking to Ava.
After Ava sat down in the back, Drew joined her, something she wasn't very happy about. "Why on earth would you come to Trina's performance after what you did to her father?" Ava asked. Drew reminded Ava that she was in on it too. In fact, the attack at Pentonville was her idea.
Drew had news for Ava. "I thought you should be the first to know I've decided what I'm going to do about Lulu Spencer," Drew announced. He was just going to deny everything. Like Sidwell, he would claim it was all lies. Ava was confused because Drew had Willow right where he wanted her.
Drew explained that taking Willow down would give the Qs a gift, and he wasn't about to do anything nice for his family. "Well, at least you have your priorities in check," Ava deadpanned. Drew also said that any digging into what happened to him could reveal what ultimately happened to Jack.
Later, after Trina's performance, she received flowers from her biggest fan, but Kai didn't send them. Trina had no idea who sent them.
Do you think Quinn is Trina's stalker? Should Elizabeth just see Willow for who she is already? Sound off in the comments.
