GH Spoilers Video November 4: Nina Melts Down as the Jack Murder Mystery Explodes

General Hospital features women on the edge for mid-week. According to the latest spoilers video for Wednesday, November 4, 2026, Nina doesn't want her coffee, Carly would probably like some coffee (Corinthos Coffee?), Willow makes demands, and Ava's in a panic.

Jack's First Woman

Carly tries to reason with Joe | Image: ABC

Carly (Laura Wright) is sitting in the PCPD interrogation room, putting on her best poker face as she tries to calmly reason with Joe (Jonathan Bennett). No, she did not kill Jack (Chris McKenna). Will she tell him, "Yes, that was my bracelet," and then confess some more truths? Surely, she won't tell Joe about Charlotte (Bluesy Burke) and Danny (Asher Antonyzyn).

Carly tells Joe to go back to the beginning and start his investigation over. Maybe he'll finally find the real culprit if he stops to think for just a few minutes.

Jack's Second Woman and Her Daughter

Nina is not being reasonable at all (Who can blame her?) | Image: ABC

Jack should have known he was making a mistake when he got involved with Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) and her nutjob daughter, Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen). However, they don't seem to be the ones who pushed him in the pool.

In fact, whoever pushed Jack (or maybe he even fell) may have just gotten angry and pushed with no intention to kill. But the sleeping pill is what caused him to drown.

But Nina is the one who has spent more than a month locked in a WSB prison. She doesn't want any more coffee or pastries. She wants to be set free and tells Baines (Alimi Ballard) just as much. Is he there to do just that now that Carly has been arrested?

Meanwhile, Willow is at GH making demands of Tristan (Dean Geyer), who does not want to put up with her antics and tells her so in no uncertain terms.

Jack's Third Woman

Jack may not have slept with Ava (Maura West), but he met her for drinks and that appears to be what did him in. Ava informs Drew (Cameron Mathison) that Jack's body has been found, but that Carly is the one at the PCPD.

Drew tells Ava that they had better hope she stays there or they both can be in a whole lotta trouble.

Who do you think really killed Jack? Is it someone not on our radar? Sound off in the comments.
