GH Spoilers Video November 5: Deceptions, Reunions, Surprises, Confrontations

Everything is happening on General Hospital on Thursday. According to the latest spoilers video from ABC for November 5, 2026, Sonny takes a meeting, Tracy has a request, and Elizabeth has a somewhat happy reunion.

Jacks vs. Corinthos

Typically, Sonny (Maurice Benard) would be fighting Jasper 'Jax' Jacks (Ingo Rademacher), as he has since the 1990s, but now he has to argue with Jax's nephew, Jude (Wil Traval). Sonny acts like he is still a criminal mastermind mobster when he tells Jude that he can do whatever he wants, as long as he stays away from Sonny.

Jude can only laugh because he knows that Sonny has no power over him. Can Sonny get him deported as he did for Uncle Jax? Possibly, but would ICE really care about an Australian in 2026? But what else can Sonny really do to make this man go away? With Phoebe as the main prize, Jude doesn't look like he's going anywhere.

Phoebe is on everyone's minds as Jason (Steve Burton) and Tracy (Jane Elliot) work together to get as much information as they can on Jude and help Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) keep her baby. Tracy asks Jason if she can count on him because he has some important tasks at hand. Jason is the new keeper of the Quartermaines, after all.

Meanwhile, Serena (Kelly Kruger) stuns her mother when she tells her to forget about Deception. Lucy (Lynn Herring) will never forget about Deception and will fight tooth and nail to wrest control of it from Tracy and ELQ. Sadly, Serena seems over the whole thing and may want to talk some sense into her mother.

Heather's Welcome Home Tour

After a stop at Bobbie's for a breakfast BLT, Heather makes her way to GH to visit her favorite daughter-in-law. Heather (Alley Mills) is thrilled to see Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst), but Elizabeth doesn't look thrilled to see Heather. Maybe she is just surprised and wonders why her brother didn't warn her of this.

Heather thinks of Elizabeth as family, so it's a good thing she has a place to stay that's not Elizabeth's empty nest house. Is Wyndemere ready for her?
