General Hospital brings the week to a close with some pointed questions. According to the latest spoilers video from ABC for Friday, November 6, 2026, Willow is in the hot seat, and so is Danny. Plus, Jason makes a decision and Lulu begs for help.
Does She Know More?
Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) has another encounter with Tristan Roberts (Dean Geyer) after his visit with her mother. Willow surely wants an update on Nina's (Cynthia Watros) condition, but she is also adamant that her mother is innocent and needs to be set free.
Is that why Tristan asks Willow what she knows that the WSB doesn't know? Although the PCPD seems to have ruled Willow out as a suspect, we have not. She was oddly at the Metro Court that night and seemed to be looking for an alibi when she approached Britt (Kelly Thiebaud). So, does she know more than the WSB because she is the one they are looking for?
Willow's Other Hot Seat
Lulu (Alexa Havins) has to deal with Willow's lawsuit and prove that her story was correct. One way to do that is to get GH's favorite nurse to cooperate. Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) is not happy that Lulu published that story, but maybe it's time for her to finally see that Willow is not all she's cracked up to be.
Together, Lulu and Elizabeth can get to the bottom of this if Elizabeth realizes she's been right about the strange strokes all along.
Jason's Many Problems
Jason (Steve Burton) appears to turn down Serena's (Kelly Kruger) offer to help Carly (Laura Wright), probably because he doesn't appreciate being extorted like that. She can't believe he would do that, but he also made a promise to Tracy (Jane Elliot).
Trending
When Jason gets home, he gets an earful from Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn), who now knows all about Danny's (Asher Antonyzyn) escapades with a dead body. She relays the message from Valentin, but also takes both Danny and Jason to task. Jason will have to admit that he only learned about this the night before, but Alexis thinks that bad parenting led to Danny leaving a dead body in the pool.
Do you think Willow killed Jack or did he accidentally just fall into the pool? Let us know in the comments.
