GH Spoilers Video October 20: Britt and Carly Take a Chance on Life, Alexis Delivers Stunning News

General Hospital's women are taking charge and taking chances on Tuesday, but the men also have some games in mind. According to the latest spoilers video from ABC for October 20, 2026, Britt wants to live, Carly wants to love, Alexis is in a pickle, and Sonny has a warning.

Mysterious Strangers For the Win?

Britt gets her groove back? | Image: ABC

Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) had a bad night of her own making at the Brown Dog, but things started looking up when a mysterious man with an Australian accent bought her a drink and propositioned her. Britt took an entire episode to make up her mind, but she finally decided to leave with "Crackerjack."

"Stunner" goes back to "Crackerjack's" hotel room (the Metro Court) and tells him that she wants to live. After several years of thinking she was going to die unless she injected herself with an experimental drug every night, Britt may have the right idea. But who is this man and how is he connected to Port Charles? Surely, she will see him again, as this is somewhat how Cousin Nina's marriage to Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) started...

Surprise, Valentin...

Ten years later, Valentin and everyone else are sadly allowing poor Nina to waste away in Steinmauer for a crime she didn't commit. (Forget about all the crimes she did commit, all in the name of her nutso daughter.) Valentin has both Anna (Finola Hughes) and Carly (Laura Wright) to focus on now, and tonight is a Carly night.

After Valentin spent the evening trying to talk some sense into Josslyn (Eden McCoy) for Carly's sake and Carly spent the evening getting good advice from Lucas (Van Hansis), Carly and Valentin meet in Carly's living room for a chat.

Carly tells Valentin that she rarely takes advice, but this time she was going to. Since Lucas' advice was to fight for Valentin and not let him go for Anna's sake, is Carly about to fight for her man and declare her love?

Alexis' Client

Might Valentin also be the client who is going to be disappointed? Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) tells Monet (Blythe Howard) that her client is not going to be happy and teasers say that Alexis delivers shocking news to Valentin. It sounds like those two things can possibly be related.

Does this news have to do with the Cassadine estate and young Ace? With Heather Webber (Alley Mills) due back on the scene soon, that is a stark possibility.

Sonny's Warning

Sonny has a warning for Jason | Image: ABC

Sonny (Maurice Benard) knows more than anyone how determined and meticulous Justine Turner (Nazneen Contractor) can be. He warns Jason (Steve Burton) that she will find any loose end and try to put him behind bars. She can also do the same to Jason.

Justine is not resting on her laurels, but decides to deal with the wrong person when she uses Drew (Cameron Mathison) in her quest to put Sonny away.
