GH Spoilers Video October 21: Britt's New Man, Valentin's Warning, Jason's Lucy Dilemma

General Hospital has a variety pack on tap for mid-week as a new day has dawned in Port Charles. According to the latest spoilers video from ABC for Wednesday, October 21, 2026, Britt learns more about her Brown Dog encounter, Anna seeks out Valentin, Lucy tries to solve a problem, and Molly seems to have a problem.

The Morning After

Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) looks pretty happy the morning after her wild evening at the Brown Dog that was followed by a wild night at the Metro Court. She happily enjoys breakfast with Crackerjack (Wil Traval), but grows wary when he implies that he is not trustworthy. Britt knows nothing at all about this man, but we wonder if he will soon be living on an island with a loading dock and brand-new helipad to go with its creepy castle.

At GH, Stella (Vernee Watson) tells Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) that there has been an ongoing problem at the hospital they are going to have to deal with. Is it a personnel issue and will that personnel issue surprise them when she shows up with a little pep in her step?

Morning Visitors

Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) has all the women dropping in. It was Carly (Laura Wright) and Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) the night before and in the morning it is Anna (Finola Hughes), but is Carly still there? They just saw one another at Sonny's house, so why not again?

Carly had been encouraging to Anna when she mentioned therapy with Valentin, but has she changed her mind? Is that why Anna is there and is that why Valentin warns Anna that something is a very bad idea?

Morning Dilemmas

Lucy (Lynn Herring) may need a morning gummy when she learns that Jason (Steve Burton) figured out her dopey scheme within minutes. Serena (Kelly Kruger) is not a very good liar and Jason is not an idiot, so we are still not sure what Lucy was thinking.

Now, she is thinking that Jason is going to rat her out to Tracy (Jane Elliot) and she is going to lose her company. Does Jason have another idea?

And finally, Molly (Kristen Vaganos) seems to have her own dilemma and goes to Alexis for advice, while Cody (Josh Kelly) has a long chat with Tracy.
