GH Spoilers Video October 27: Sonny Confronts Alexis, Danny Goes Ballistic, Joe's on the Case

General Hospital's Sonny needs a friend, but at least he has his grandson on his side, right? According to the latest spoilers video from ABC for October 27, 2026, Sonny gets Alexis' POV, Danny and Rocco's relationship goes further downhill, Gio goes to bat for Grandpa, and Joe is on the case.

Sonny Grows Impatient

Sonny (Maurice Benard) has been holding court in his living room for weeks, barely going anywhere as those he loves have either told him they do believe in him or don't believe in him. He even lost his roommate Gio (Giovanni Mazza) in this mess. But Gio is starting to believe in him again and goes to Curtis (Donnell Turner) to see if he'll retract his statement. (Knowing Curtis, this sounds like a fool's errand to us.)

But one person who has not been by to see Sonny is Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) and that just won't do. Sonny has grown weary of waiting for Alexis to come to him, so he has decided to go to Alexis. When Sonny drops by the Miller & Davis office, he confronts Alexis and wants to know what she thinks of the Pentonville attack mess.

Alexis will be honest, as she always is. But like Carly (Laura Wright), she typically knows when Sonny is telling the truth.

Trouble in the Stables...and GH

When Danny (Asher Antonyzyn) spies Rocco (Finn Carr) and Scout (Kayden Brenna Tokarski) kissing, he loses his mind and demands that Rocco get his hands off Danny's sister now. That will cause another blow up between the former brothers and BFFs, but will it turn physical this time?

Scout is caught in the middle, so what will she do? She seems to think that she can trust her dad, which is never a good idea. Scout wants to open up to Drew, but he is busy at GH trying to shmooze Portia (Brook Kerr) and it doesn't seem to be working out too well. Portia doesn't want to do anyhing to help Curtis if it involves Drew.

Finding Jack

Joe (Jonathan Bennett) knows there is something more to Jack's (Chris McKenna) disappearance that the WSB missed, so he is on the prowl. He goes to Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) to tell him that he suspects Ava Jerome (Maura West) is hiding something.

Joe asks for Dante's permission to pursue this theory, which could lead to a certain someone coming home soon. Will she sue the WSB?
