GH Spoilers Video October 28: Nina Demands Answers, Chase Defends Willow, Ava Lawyers Up

General Hospital has a big show in store for Wednesday as Nina's incarceration has taken its toll. According to the latest spoilers video from ABC for October 28, 2026, Willow is still on Chase's mind, while Jack Brennan is very much on Ava's mind — and Carly and Valentin's.

Nina (Cynthia Watros) has done a lot of crazy things in her time, but killing Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna) is not one of them and nothing she has ever done has warranted being locked up in a WSB prison. Nina looks like she has seen better days when she meets with Agent Baines (Alimi Ballard) and learns that the WSB is having a mea culpa moment.

Nina demands to know what she has to do to be set free. Will Baines tell her all he has to do is calm down and sign some papers? Is Nina already in Port Charles? That would certainly be a surprise to Willow (Katelyn MacMullen), who seemed not to care one bit about her mother over the last month.

Meanwhile, Carly (Laura Wright) and Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) know they have to do something to help Lulu (Alexa Havins), but Valentin thinks they are running out of time.

Now that Chase (Josh Swickard) has had a good cry on the beach in the Dominican Republic, he is back to defending Willow every chance he gets. Well, Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) wants to defend Lulu, so they are at a stalemate. Dante can't understand why Chase can't see there may be something off about Willow, but Chase can't understand why Dante would believe Sidwell (Carlo Rota) over virtuous Willow.

Meanwhile, Willow only filed that lawsuit because Chase told her to and Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) knows that. Britt calls Willow out as she always does, but is also set to give her cousin some surprising news. Could it be about a man in a bar?

It looks like Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) has found herself a new client because Ava (Maura West) expects her to pay up. Ava and Alexis do not yet realize that they did not properly identify Phoebe's father, so does Alexis owe Ava anything?

Does that even matter when Ava really needs some help? Will she tell Alexis what she's done? If so, that's going to make for some fun hijinks during Ava's defense.
