GH Spoilers Video Preview July 1: Jack's Down, Sidwell's Got a Gun, Carly's Caught, Cody for the Save

General Hospital speeds into July like it has some stories to close. According to the latest spoilers video for Wednesday, July 1, 2026, Nina races against time, as do Aunt Liesl and Josslyn. And Sidwell finds a new target in Justine. Will Sonny fall into his trap?

Can Nina Save Jack?

Nina (Cynthia Watros) completely panics when she realizes that Jack (Chris McKenna) isn't breathing. Calling for help won't do much good, but Nina doesn't know that. Will Turning Wood tell her that Jack now has a DNR? Could Nina convince them that the DNR is fake

Spoilers say that Nina must act fast. Is she able to somehow revive Jack herself? She got him into this mess, so she is determined to find a way to get him out of it.

Sidwell Uses Justine

Sidwell (Carlo Rota) seems to know that Justine (Nazneen Contractor) and Sonny (Maurice Benard) have more than just a law enforcement-criminal relationship. He has a gun trained on her at the Jerome Gallery and tells Justine that he is going to see just how valuable she really is.

What Sidwell doesn't count on is Ava (Maura West) going off on him. She unleashes her fury for what he did to Lucas (Van Hansis), making the entire scene more chaotic as Jenz waits for Sonny to talk into his track.

Cassius Wants James

As for Lucas, he is shocked when Joe (Jonathan Bennett) is brought into the ER and frantically puts an APB out for Detective Nathan West, aka Cassius Faison (Ryan Paevey). And he needs to be found fast.

Cassius is trying to abscond with James (Gary James Fuller), but thanks to Anna's (Finola Hughes) intrepid work in France, Cody (Josh Kelly) is onto him and does his best to stop Cassius from taking off with the little boy.

Carly (Laura Wright) makes it to Spoon Island and into the castle, but she doesn't get very far. She does overhear some stunning information, but is that before or after Cullum (Andrew Hawkes) catches her red-handed?

Down in the basement, Josslyn (Eden McCoy) convinces Liesl (Kathleen Gati) to use her brilliant scientific mind to fiddle around with the wires on the security door. Will she cause another power outage so they can try to make a run for it?

Will Danny and Charlotte also make it to Wyndemere? Will Nina resuscitate Jack herself? Will Sonny come riding to Justine's rescue?
