GH Spoilers Video Preview July 10: Anna Pleads With Liesl, Lulu Confronts Carly, Brook Lynn's Caught

General Hospital slides into Friday on fire as confrontations and suspicions take center stage. According to the latest spoilers video for July 10, 2026, Anna is desperate to stay sane, Lulu is desperate to get answers, and Brook Lynn is desperate to save her marriage.

Anna's Tenuous Homecoming

While Anna (Finola Hughes) seems perfectly fine to her family, she is clearly not fine at all. That doctor in France certainly didn't do much for our favorite super spy because she is still hallucinating Peter August (Wes Ramsey). He followed her all the way back from France and is now living rent-free in her apartment and head.

When Liesl (Kathleen Gati) drops by, Anna seems desperate to get a clear picture of the Cassius (Ryan Paevey) situation. Did Liesl's son do this to her? What is real and not real? Liesl is not expecting this sort of reaction from Anna, so what will she tell her?

Teasers also say that old lovers reunite on Friday. Is this the Anna and Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) reunion we have been waiting for? And what about Carly?

Lulu vs. Carly

When Lulu (Alexa Havins) pops into Carly's (Laura Wright) kitchen, is Valentin already gone for the day? Does he go visit Anna so Lulu can yell at her cousin the way she yelled at him when he visited Charlotte (Bluesy Burke)?

Lulu can't believe that Carly allowed Valentin to live with her and is apparently still allowing Valentin to live with her. Is Charlotte going to move in next? Lulu asks Carly what she got out of this arrangement with Valentin and what Valentin got from her. Does Lulu really want an answer to that question?

As for Carly's daughter, Josslyn (Eden McCoy) gets another hospital visitor whom she thinks can do her a favor. Who could it be?

All About Willow

Things get complicated for Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) in a lot of ways. First, Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) is sure there has to be a connection between what happened to Jack (Chris McKenna) and what happened to Drew (Cameron Mathison). She tells Willow and Nina (Cynthia Watros) that as if they don't already know. The looks on their faces say everything, but Liz might not pick up on that.

And finally, we have Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) and Chase (Josh Swickard). Brook Lynn set Willow up for the one thing she didn't do and Chase knows it. How will Brook Lynn talk her way out of this one?
