General Hospital's Jack is playing with fire, but he doesn't seem to mind the idea of getting burned. The latest video preview for Wednesday, August 5, 2026, shows Jack ready to conspire with Willow while Michael worries about what his ex-wife is going to do next.
Poolside Musings
Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) takes her breakfast at the Metro Court Gardens in the morning to time by the Metro Court pool in the afternoon because that's the life of a busy congresswoman during a midterm year. While at the pool, she meets up with Jack (Chris McKenna), who just got an alarming all for Willow's panicked mother.
Jack knows that Willow wants to set up Michael (Rory Gibson) to take the fall for shooting Drew (Cameron Mathison), so he seems willing to help her. Does this WSB agent even know what he is getting himself into? We didn't know that Nina (Cynthia Watros) was so appealing that this man would risk everything for her wacky daughter.
Michael Targeted
While Jack and Willow conspire about what to do about her second ex-husband, the man of the hour is also at the pool. When Michael sees Jack and Willow talking, he grows alarmed. Jacinda (Paige Herschell) asks him if he thinks Jack and Willow might team up and come after him.
Lucy (Lynn Herring) and Serena (Kelly Kruger) are already teaming up to go after Michael. Lucy brought her daughter back to Port Charles to help solve her Deception problems. She needs Serena to attract and distract Michael to do it.
All About Phoebe?
Multiple stories seem to be tied up in one adorable baby. Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) and Chase (Josh Swickard) have finally adopted Phoebe, but since her real father never signed over rights, the adoption is not legal. Plus, Brook Lynn has Jordan's car accident to worry about and Curtis' (Donnell Turner) trial that stems from that. She could help put Curtis behind bars, but also risk what she does to her own life. Is that why Tracy (Jane Elliot) tells her to get the heck out of town now?
And finally, Ava (Maura West) pays Sonny (Maurice Benard) a visit to chew him out. The only thing they have in common lately besides Avery is Ethan (Christian Howard), so does Ethan's phone call spur this visit and cause Ava to tell Sonny that this is all his fault?
