GH Video Preview August 6: 'Pack a Bag or Hide a Body?' as Jason Has Big News

The news is spreading far and wide on General Hospital as the latest spoilers video for Thursday, August 6, 2026, shows Jason sending his aunt into a panic and Dante wondering what comes next. And that's not all that's in store.

What Next For Tracy?

Tracy (Jane Elliot) is ruling the roost from the Quartermaine kitchen. She made sure that Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) will keep her mouth shut about that non-crime she didn't commit and now she has to deal with her prodigal nephew who has been shooting people for a living for the last 30 years.

When Jason tells Aunt Tracy that he has news, she can't imagine what it must be and prays it doesn't send Jason out of town again. Imagine her surprise and delight when he tells her that he quit the mob. Tracy never thought she would see the day, but then again, neither did Sonny (Maurice Benard).

About Sonny...

Sonny feels like he is completely lost. He thought he had an embarrassment of riches with men who wanted to be his enforcer, but now he has nobody. Jason is done and Ethan has skipped town, so what next? Is it time to throw in the towel, as he had planned to do last year?

Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) wonders the same. If Jason is not around, what is Sonny going to do? Sonny is now at a crossroads in his criminal life and might have to make some changes. Last year, he was ready to retire. Now is as good a time as any.

Sonny and Jason's little boy, Michael (Rory Gibson), is all grown up and spending the day at the pool. That's where he meets Serena Baldwin (Kelly Kruger), who has been sent there to distract and shmooze him. Michael also has a warning for Serena.

But does anyone have a warning for Michael? His nutty ex-wife is coming after him and ready to use the WSB to do it. Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) thinks that she is above the law and can get away with anything now, so she tells Nina (Cynthia Watros) that she has never been in a better position to get her children for herself.
