GH Video Preview: Brick Delivers, Britt Begs, Lulu's Stunned, and Sonny Takes Charge

General Hospital continues the week with another consequential episode as Brick does Sonny's dirty work and Carly gets curious. The latest spoilers video for Tuesday, July 21, 2026, also shows Charlotte getting snappy with her mother and Britt trying to begin her life again.

Doctor, Doctor

Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) is going to live, Britt is free, and Britt needs a job, so why not deliver some babies? It feels like deja vu all over again as Britt is once again begging for someone to give her another shot at General Hospital. Wasn't she just doing this last year? At least she has her medical license this time, thanks to Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna).

From the looks of the weekly promo video, Britt does indeed get her job back because she is wearing a white coat when Jason (Steve Burton) encounters her later in the week.

Metro Court Pool Time

Since Carly (Laura Wright) wouldn't let her move in and basketball with Papa seems to be over, Charlotte (Bluesy Burke) spends some time at the pool, where she gets into it with Lulu (Alexa Havins) once again. Does the argument catch Dante's (Dominic Zamprogna) attention? He is set to give Lulu some advice that surprises her.

Perhaps Dante suggests that Lulu allow Charlotte to see Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) without any hassle. She is going to do it whether Lulu likes it or not, so Lulu may as well have some control over the situation by allowing it. If she doesn't, she is going to lose her daughter.

About Sonny and Carly

Sonny (Maurice Benard) and Justine (Nazneen Contractor) meet and discuss the Sidwell (Carlo Rota) case, which seems to have gone to Molly (Kristen Vaganos) just as Justine had wanted. However, it looks like there may already be conflict. When Sonny gets encouraging news, does he learn that Ezra (Daniel Cosgrove) is ready to testify to even more crimes, or does he learn that Jason is no longer in a WSB prison?

Carly already knows that Jason is free and just has to live with the fact that he didn't go to her first. She also has to live with Sonny trying to interfere in her relationship in the form of Brick (Stephen A. Smith).

When Brick hands Carly a flash drive, telling her that everything she ever wanted to know about Valentin is on it, will Carly take a peek and then wonder what she's gotten herself into?

Should Lulu just relent and let Charlotte live with Valentin? Does Britt deserve her job back. Tell us what you think in the comments.
