GH Video Preview October 7: Lulu's Ready to Expose Willow, Scout and Rocco Under Fire

General Hospital's Lulu is on the prowl and a gift might fall right into Drew's lap. According to the latest video spoilers from ABC for Wednesday, October 7, 2026, Lulu has a chat with Drew, Scout tries to broker a peace, Alexis gets a surprise, and Carly has a request.

After her interview with Sidwell (Carlo Rota) that was full of surprises, Lulu (Alexa Havins) sits down with Drew (Cameron Mathison) for some coffee and a chat. Surely, Sidwell told her all about how Drew ended up in a wheelchair for six months. Drew would need to confirm that to Lulu, but will he?

Drew seems to have his own agenda, but Lulu becoming privy to this information might be just the luck he needed. Why not expose Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) in one fell swoop and humiliate her in unimaginable ways? While she can't be tried for shooting him, she can be publicly shamed. How will she even get out of this if Lulu prints everything? Drew likely does not care. Let Chase (Josh Swickard) handle it.

It appears that Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) wants to give his son some fighting tips so he spends some time with him at Sonny's (Maurice Benard) boxing gym, which is a surprise, considering that he now hates Sonny.

While Dante and Rocco (Finn Carr) talk, Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) comes along and seems surprised by what she hears. Does Rocco tell his dad that he is "dating" Scout Cain (Kayden Brenna Tokarski)? That would certainly be interesting news for Alexis.

As for Scout, she is now determined to broker a peace between Rocco and Danny (Asher Antonyzyn), but Danny wants to know why this is so important to her. Will Scout tell her brother she is "dating" their other brother?

Carly's Quest

Carly (Laura Wright) needs something from Anna (Finola Hughes), but Anna doesn't seem to want to give it to her. Anna is definitely doing better these days, but why is she refusing Carly?

Does Carly want Anna to talk to Josslyn (Eden McCoy) about the WSB or is this about the accusations against Sonny? Perhaps Carly's request has something to do with Valentin (James Patrick Stuart)...
