GH Video Spoilers August 12: Sonny Gears Up For Battle as Willow Goes to War

General Hospital has a big day in store on Wednesday as Sonny spreads the news of his retirement and makes big plans. According to the latest spoilers video for August 12, 2026, new fights are brewing in Port Charles.

Retirement Plans

Sonny (Maurice Benard) wants to leave the mob, but can he really do it all that easily? Jason (Steve Burton) walked away because he doesn't own as much as Sonny does, but Sonny is going to have a long, drawn-out battle on his hands. He has made many enemies through the years and he is going to have to be on high alert.

Ric (Rick Hearst) knows this, which is why he is alarmed when Sonny tells him the news. He should be happy that his brother is going legit, but instead, he is terrified. Sonny knows he has a long road ahead of him and maps out his plans to get out with his safety and his family's safety intact.

Little does Sonny know that he is going to have Drew (Cameron Mathison) and Ava (Maura West) to deal with, as Drew maps out his own plans for revenge.

Willow's Fury

Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) is completely convinced that Michael (Rory Gibson) put Jacinda up to drugging him and there is nothing he can do to convince her otherwise. Michael knew this was coming and just lets her keep going as she rattles on and on about how horrible Michael is.

With this week's GH promo showing Trina (Tabyana Ali) realizing she has to come clean, is this when she tells Michael that Willow shot Drew? That would certainly stop Willow in her tracks. She can't be tried, but she can be blackmailed.

Keeping Up With the Ashfords

Jordan (Tanisha Harper) doesn't seem angry at Curtis (Donnell Turner) for neglecting to mention that Valentin saved her life. In fact, she wants to use Valentin (James Patrick Suart) to solve her other problem. She can give him information on Sidwell (Carlo Rota) for a price.

Could that price be Valentin using his connections to get her into that German clinic? She tells Curtis about her meeting and he wonders if she really wants to use Sidwell for this, even in a roundabout way.

And finally, Isaiah (Sawandi Wilson) says he has good news, which is something that Portia (Brook Kerr) can use right about now.
