General Hospital gets in another Metro Court Gardens workout on Wednesday as BFFs Nina and Ava dine there, but with men who are at odds. The latest spoilers video for August 19, 2026, shows Ava dining with Drew again, Jack having a warning for Nina, Willow warning someone else, and Ric happy...but how long will it last?
The Ladies Who Lunch

Ava (Maura West) is getting in way too deep with Drew (Cameron Mathison), as she plots and plans with him some more over lunch. They both inexplicably have decided to target Sonny (Maurice Benard) for no real reason, so they are now all in. Neither one of them knows that Sonny has left the criminal world behind and could be easier to bring down than they think. Then again, they still have not explained their reason for doing this.
At another table, Nina (Cynthia Watros) dines with Jack (Chris McKenna), but a run-in with Drew keeps things dramatic. Jack has already had a run-in with Drew in that same spot earlier in the day, so Drew is on high alert. Does Drew make any Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) comments that lead Jack to warn Nina that she needs to pull herself back from Willow's problems before her daughter ruins her life?
Willow Has a Warning

Willow's life is not as charmed as she had believed even just a day ago. She thought she had all the leverage on Michael (Rory Gibson) she needed to get full custody of her kids, but instead, she found herself moving back into the Q gatehouse, which was where it all began.
While Willow unpacks, she appears to get a visitor and give this visitor a warning, saying it's not as easy to just walk away unscathed as one would think. Is she telling this to her own self or someone who is threatening her?
Ric Needs Sonny

Sonny is back to holding court in his living room now that Sidwell (Carlo Rota) has been caught and he's decided to leave the mob. When Ric (Rick Hearst) stops by, they discuss business, but then things get personal.
Ric tells Sonny that there is a situation that has come up that he needs his input on. Does this have anything to do with Ric's relationship with Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst)?
Does Ava and Drew's partnership seem weird and out of nowhere? Are you enjoying it? Sound off in the comments.
