General Hospital's latest Drew arc is just getting started as we head into midweek. The latest spoilers video for Wednesday, July 29, 2026, shows some pretty shocked Port Charles pals as the news of Drew's recovery spreads far and wide.

Surprise, Alexis

Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) was able to talk Drew (Cameron Mathison) into agreeing to their deal (or so she thinks) by invoking Scout (Kayden Brenna Tokarski). Drew certainly wouldn't want his daughter to live with Alexis forever or to have to visit him in prison again. And Scout seems to be the first person on Drew's mind the next day, which is actually a good thing that he remembers his daughter first.

Drew can be seen in Alexis' (Nancy Lee Grahn) living room acting exactly like himself. Alexis certainly doesn't like seeing that Drew is back and in rare form as he seems threatening and asks if she is threatening him. Will Scout walk in on this?

Willow's New Day Has Dawned

Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) is looking mighty fresh after her harrowing night. It started with her cowering in a corner and fearing for her life and ended with her dropping Lila Quartermaine's (Anna Lee) ring on the entryway floor.

She meets with Michael (Rory Gibson) in her office as if she doesn't have a care in the world. Michael seems surprised by Willow's new smug attitude as she tells him that she likes her chances.

Confused and Confounded

When Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) hears the news, she is going to have a whole lot of questions. Drew was still locked in yesterday. How is he fully recovered today? First, Jack (Chris McKenna) recovered in the blink of an eye (so to speak) and now Drew? Hmmmm...

Trina (Tabyana Ali) and Kai (Jens Austin Astrup) just wonder why Drew hasn't gone to the police. Surely, he knows by now that Willow shot him. Then again, the double jeopardy rule will still apply...

Nina (Cynthia Watros) is also confused when Jack tells her that the entire incident the night before was his fault. Does he blame himself for giving up on the black box too soon?

Tracy Lays Down the Law

Gio (Giovanni Mazza) informs the family of what happened, since he was the one who found Drew at the boathouse and drove him home. The Quartermaines are beside themselves, knowing that Drew is back in their lives.

Tracy (Jane Elliot) makes a firm announcement that a locked-out Drew will not be permitted on her property, but what if Drew can help them out with something?

Will the knowledge of Drew's shooting come into play? Should Willow not get too comfortable? Let us know your thoughts in the comments.
