GH Video Spoilers October 19 to 23: Britt's New Adventure, Chase vs. Chase, Sonny and Jason Take Charge

General Hospital has a variety week in store, where a little bit of everything seems to happen. According to the latest spoilers video from ABC for the week of October 19 to 23, 2026, Britt's night at the Brown Dog takes quite a turn, Brook Lynn lawyers up, and Sonny and Jason have questions.

A Good Time Was Had By All?

The GH staff took their night at the Brown Dog back to Lucas (Van Hansis) and Joe's (Jonathan Bennett) place, but Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) stayed back at the Brown Dog to drown her sorrows and reflect on the mess she made. But she doesn't have time to get down in the dumps for too long because a mysterious stranger approaches her and one thing certainly appears to lead to another.

Britt being Britt, she can't wait to tell Lucas all about it the next morning. Lucas appears to be excited for his friend as he learns all about her big night with her new man. We hear his name is Jude (Wil Traval).

Divorce Court

It looks like it's on between Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) and Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton). Both parties still love one another and really don't want this, but Chase is a fool and Brook Lynn needs to cut her losses cause no woman should stay married to a man who would take his cheating ex-wife's word over hers.

Chase tells Monet that he doesn't want a battle, but Brook Lynn shows up to the Miller & Davis offices with Ric (Rick Hearst), who certainly knows how to battle. Will Monet end up representing Willow as well? That means Ric would have the same new opponent in two cases.

Sonny's World

Drew (Cameron Mathison) finds another way to get to Sonny (Maurice Benard) this week when he meets with Justine (Nazneen Contractor), who tells him she will stop at nothing to put Sonny behind bars.

Meanwhile, Sonny asks Jason (Steve Burton) to find out everything he can about what is really going on. Jason asks a mystery person if they set up Sonny. Spoilers for Friday have Jason confronting Josslyn (Eden McCoy), so something tells us Jason is on the wrong track.
