GH Video Spoilers September 18: The Cassadine Cousins Go After Drew

General Hospital brings this eventful week to a close with Drew thinking he has it made, but he doesn't know about the kids who thwarted the WSB on Spoon Island. According to the latest spoilers video for Friday, September 18, 2026, Charlotte has an idea, Willow gets some news, and romantic connections may be made.

Don't Get Comfortable, Drew

Drew's (Cameron Mathison) revenge plan against the two women who tortured him for six months seems to be working out just as he has wanted so far. Nina (Cynthia Watros) has been extradited to a WSB black site and soon he will get to work on Willow after taking care of some Aurora business.

But Drew is not thinking about his nephew Danny (Asher Antonyzyn) and Danny's cousin, Charlotte (Bluesy Burke). Drew does not like the boy he once thought was his son and that doesn't sit well with Charlotte. Danny is all for creating dirt on Drew, but he does not like Charlotte's plan at all. Does she really plan to use herself as bait to put Drew in a compromising position? Didn't Jacinda (Paige Herschell) get paid to do that last year?

My Mother!

Willow has no idea how much she still has to fear Drew, but she may soon learn. Ric (Rick Hearst) drops by her office and informs Willow that her mother is in big trouble. Willow wants to go to Nina immediately, but Ric says that it's too late. She is already at a WSB black site.

Willow might think that she can use her congressional pull to get Nina released, but that would bring her under scrutiny. Plus, with Jack officially missing, she knows she is not as safe as she had believed. Will Drew's warnings last week make Willow realize he has something to do with Jack's disappearance?

While WSB and teen scheme drama unfolds, Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) takes some downtime in the interrogation room with Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst). The pair gets their flirt on as usual, but will Ric show up and witness it all?

And finally, Molly (Kristen Vaganos) runs into Lucas (Van Hansis) and Joe (Jonathan Bennett) at the Aurora wellness center and has some questions. Does she see something between Joe and Lucas that Lucas is missing?
