GH Video Spoilers September 21 to 25: Ava Goes Rogue, Sonny's Caught, and Pentonville Madness

General Hospital proves that Ava Jerome is no pushover when she decides to take matters into her own hands. According to the latest spoilers video for September 21 to 25, 2026, Willow gets some news, Sonny is in trouble, and Curtis learns what being behind bars is all about.

Willow (Katellyn MacMullen) is determined to get her mother out of Steinemauer, but it's not completely for altruistic reasons. Willow knows further investigations into Nina (Cynthia Watros) can unearth all sorts of things about her. She tells Ava (Maura West) that she thinks Nina was set up and Ava tends to agree. In fact, she thinks she knows just who did it.

Willow already seems to suspect Drew (Cameron Mathison). After all, he did give her some cryptic warnings during that strange office visit. Willow now thinks she knows what that was all about. Will Ava confirm Willow's suspicions and let Willow know to look in Drew's direction, but also find a way to protect herself?

Caught in the Act

The jig might be up for Sonny (Maurice Benard) and Justine (Nazneen Contractor), two people who somehow thought they could hide their clandestine relationship forever. Someone spots them kissing in an alleyway and lets Justine know it. Justine then informs Sonny that their secret is out.

When Sonny meets with Ric (Rick Hearst) and tells him that someone needs to try it, is he referring to whoever spied him and Justine in the alley or whoever set Nina up?

Pentonville Players

Curtis' (Donnell Turner) life gets more interesting this week when he learns that being roomies with Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) comes with a price. He is warned that he should not be in his cell at a certain time. It looks like some inmates want to deal with Sidwell their way, because we see him cornered in his cell.

Is this the real deal or some sort of trick that Sidwell has arranged to see if he can trust Curtis? Will Curtis end up coming to Sidwell's rescue, bonding them for life? Jordan (Tanisha Harper) warned Curtis that something like this could happen, but Curtis just has to go with the flow if he wants to survive.
