GH Video Spoilers September 22: 'You Put Your Life at Risk' and Other Big Surprises

General Hospital's teens are in the hot seat once again, but so are their elders as your favorite Port Charles pals play with fire. The latest spoilers video for Tuesday, September 22, 2026, shows Valentin furious at Charlotte, Carly trying to do damage control, Danny in big trouble, and Sonny waiting for trouble.

Lulu (Alexa Havins) warned Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) that Charlotte (Bluesy Burke) was out of control, but he didn't want to listen. Now, she has done the unthinkable and set herself up in a dangerous situation. Poor Danny (Asher Antonyzyn) keeps getting all the flak from people, including his Aunt Tracy (Jane Elliot). However, it was Danny who made sure that Charlotte's stunt didn't end as badly as it could have. We all know Drew isn't against throwing children to the wolves if it suits his purposes.

Carly (Laura Wright) attempts to smooth things over when she meets with Molly (Kristen Vaganos) and tells her what happened. She knows that Scout (Kayden Brenna Tokarski) is furious that Charlotte did something that could have hurt her father.

As for Valentin, he takes Charlotte to task in a big way. Does he finally realize he has to be a father to this child and not her best friend? Perhaps he needs to bring her mother into this because he has no idea how to father a teenage girl.

Trouble at the Brown Dog

Sonny (Maurice Benard) and Jason (Steve Burton) have a catch-up session after all these weeks of being apart. With neither of them being a part of the mob and Jason no longer being in Sonny's employment after so many decades, it's a big change, but they're making it work.

At the Brown Dog, Jason informs Sonny what really happened to his land on Mt. Emerson. Sonny had suggested to Anna (Finola Hughes) that she get a therapist. He will see that his assessment was spot-on. Sonny tells Jason to always expect surprises, which is what might happen for him and Justine (Nazneen Contractor) soon.

At another table, Justine and Jordan (Tanisha Harper) catch up. Jordan seems to want to celebrate something, so Justine wants to know what they are drinking to. When she takes things outside with Sonny later, Justine may not want to celebrate at all...
