General Hospital is deep in the aftermath of Jack Brennan's death. According to the latest video spoilers for Thursday, September 3, 2026, the WSB wants answers, Jason wants answers, but Drew and Ava aren't ready to deliver answers.
Station Chief MIA
Josslyn (Eden McCoy) did her duty and called in Jack's (Chris McKenna) disappearance, which means the higher-ups are back in Port Charles to investigate yet another incident. We don't get Z, but we do get a new agent by the name of William Baines (Alimi Ballard) on the scene.
Baines meets with Josslyn in Jack's office, where she tells the agent that she suspects foul play. She debriefs him on what she knows from the night before and will now have to decide whether she is all in on this or the JJE case.
As for Carly (Laura Wright), when she tells Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) about the security system and a missing Jack, he thinks that Jack may have set the whole thing up himself. Carly is not sure that Valentin is right on this one.
Backstabbing?
Meanwhile, Ava (Maura West) and Drew (Cameron Mathison) are right back at the almost scene of the crime when they sit down at the same table at the Metro Court restaurant in different attire.
They whisper about Jack's death, but they also need a good cover story just in case. Ava warns Drew that if she goes down for this, so will he. Ever-cocky Drew is not worried.
About Jason and Sonny
Danny (Asher Antonyzyn) is not sure what to think when Jason (Steve Burton) comes to him and tells him that he knows what he did. While Jason likely just wants to talk about Chase's (Josh Swickard) truck, Danny is afraid that his dad knows all about the dead body he and Charlotte (Bluesy Burke) found in the pool.
Spoilers say that Danny is set to confess, but does he tell all or leave out pertinent parts of the story? If he told his dad everything now, then we wouldn't really have a storyline, would we?
As for Sonny (Maurice Benard), he meets with Justine (Nazneen Contractor) in their secret hideaway above Charlie's. They discuss the barbecue incident and agree that they have given Donna (Scarlett Spears) mixed signals. Are they also giving each other mixed signals?
