General Hospital is back in action with a jam-packed four-day week. According to the latest spoilers video for September 8 to 11, 2026, Anna has Britt right where she wants her, Drew is feeling daring, and a new WSB agent must complete his mission.
The End of Peter?

Now that Anna (Finola Hughes) is at the end of her rope, maybe we have reached the end of this story arc, and when Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) is safe again, Peter (Wes Ramsey) can go away. But first we have to deal with Anna luring Britt out into the woods to kill her.
It's a good thing that Jason (Steve Burton) and Sonny (Maurice Benard) are still partners in their hearts because Sonny had no issue telling Jason all about Anna's land purchase. After hearing that Britt headed out that way, Jason knows she is in trouble and heads there himself. When he gets there, he finds Anna with a gun trained on Britt.
Jason has to do his best to talk Anna down from the proverbial ledge as she is convinced that Britt is out to get her. Of course, she has Hallucination Peter telling her that, but Hallucination Peter is all in Anna's head and if Jason can bring Anna back to reality, he will go away, right?
The Walls Close in Everywhere

Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) thinks she has everything she needs to live a peaceful life for the time being, including an incriminating recording of Jack Brennan (Chris McKenna). Little does she know that Jack is gone now, all thanks to Drew (Cameron Mathison). When he arrives at her office to taunt her, Willow asks him to prove that she shot him. We're sure if she keeps saying that, then Drew can produce the proof. She might not want to test him.
Meanwhile, Jack's disappearance is on the WSB's radar, meaning Carly (Laura Wright) has to answer to Agent William Baines (Alimi Ballard). What does she know that will be useful? Perhaps something about Nina (Cynthia Watros)...
The Accused

The Q barbecue with the short and strategic guest list gets interesting when Trina (Tabyana Ali) accuses Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) of being "the other driver" whom Jordan (Tanisha Harper) nearly killed.
And Jordan is right there to be accusatory, despite the fact that she nearly killed Brook Lynn that night. (Or maybe she nearly killed Charlotte and Danny.) Will Brook Lynn tell the truth and watch her marriage blow up in her face?
Are you looking forward to the end of Anna's Peter arc? Would Willow throw Nina under the bus? Sound off in the comments.
