General Hospital ends the month with a variety of stories taking sharp turns in Port Charles. According to the latest spoilers from ABC for October 26 to 30, 2026, the Quartermaines get a shock, the Chases make a decision, and Willow gets shocking news.
Bombshells and Blackmail?
Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) might be getting too big for her britches, and a visit from Drew (Cameron Mathison) won't help. He seems to propose that they team up to make sure Lulu (Alexa Havins) loses and none of their little toxic and criminal secrets come to light. Will Willow be dopey enough to team up with the ex-husband she tried to kill?
Later in the week, Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) gives Willow a shock. Does she tell her about her big night that changed her attitude in a big way? Lulu also gets bad news next week. Does Drew decide to sue her too?
The Chases have a big decision to make in the Dominican Republic. The lawyer taking care of their divorce doesn't seem to think Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) and Chase (Josh Swickard) want to end their marriage, so will they?
If they do, that would certainly be a disappointment for Tracy (Jane Elliot), who wants Brook Lynn to be done with Chase. But Tracy has her own problems to deal with when she drops a major bombshell on her family. What can it be?
