General Hospital heads into mid-September with a week of change, as multiple character and plots are at a crossroads. According to spoilers for September 14 to 18, 2026, Nina has some trouble, Anna deals with fallout, and the Ashfords still can't figure out who caused their problems.
Under the Bus and Headed to Jail?
Nina (Cynthia Watros) finds herself in the hot seat next week when the WSB comes calling to ask about Jack Brennan's (Chris McKenna) disappearance. Nina (Cynthia Watros) is so alarmed that she calls a family meeting and even gets some help and advice from Sonny (Maurice Benard). By the end of the week, she cracks under the pressure and it looks like Willow might do the same. Do they both learn that they no longer have evidence against Drew (Cameron Mathison)?
Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) and Jason (Steve Burton) seem to reach an impasse about what to do about the Anna (Finola Hughes) situation. Jason confides in Carly (Laura Wright), while Anna tells Valentin (James Patrick Stuart) what she did. By mid-week, Anna makes a sacrifice. Does she agree to inpatient treatment, which might be what is best for her?
In other Port Charles news, Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) decides she is going to see Scout (Kayden Brenna Tokarski) anyway, but Molly (Kristen Vaganos) doesn't like it. As for Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton), she is still the town pariah for doing nothing wrong. Trina (Tabyana Ali) will visit Curtis (Donnell Turner) next week, but Jordan (Tanisha Harper) won't mince words. She probably also won't mention she only crashed because she had to kiss Curtis.
