GH Weekly Spoilers Video October 26 to 30: Nina's Back, Teens Caught in the Act, Phoebe's Dad Comes Calling

General Hospital has some surprises in store this week as its stars get ready for the Emmys. According to the latest spoilers video from ABC for the week of October 26 to 30, 2026, WSB has some thinking to do, Danny gets quite an eyeful, and Brook Lynn gets a surprise she definitely does not want.

A Mistake, Perhaps

Detective Joe Fitzpatrick (Jonathan Bennett) is on the case, which is the last place Ava (Maura West) wants him to be because now she is in trouble. Joe goes to Agent Baines (Alimi Ballard) with what he knows about Ava, which causes Baines to realize he may have jumped the gun when he arrested Nina (Cynthia Watros).

Baines even visits Nina in Steinmauer and tells her as much. Will Nina finally be sent home? What will Ava and Drew (Cameron Mathison) do next if Nina is suddenly free? What would Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) even do, considering she hasn't seemed very concerned about her mother since she's been gone?

In the Q Stables...

Jason (Steve Burton) would like Danny (Asher Antonyzyn) and Rocco (Finn Carr) to get along again, so he tries to arrange for the boys to do their work on the Q grounds together. Danny is not sure how he feels about that, but he is likely going to make up his mind soon.

Danny spies Rocco and Scout (Kayden Brenna Tokarski) kissing in the stables. While Danny and Charlotte (Bluesy Burke) suspected that Rocco was trying to impress Scout, they had no idea how far things had gone. Danny will not take too kindly to seeing his BFF kissing his little sister, so the teens will likely be at war again. At least Jason and Dante (Dominic Zamprogna) tried.

More Problems For the Chases

When Brook Lynn (Amanda Setton) strolls through the foyer to answer the door, she doesn't look like a woman whose heart was just broken with a quickie divorce. In fact, she looks like a woman who doesn't have a care in the world, but that's about to end.

When she opens the door, Britt's (Kelly Thiebaud) new mystery man is standing there and he asks to see his daughter. It looks like Phoebe's father has finally arrived and Alexis (Nancy Lee Grahn) is going to have some explaining to do.
