GH Weekly Video Preview October 12 to 16: Willow Sues, Josslyn Gets the Piers, Trina's Stalker Strikes

General Hospital has women in peril, women under fire, and women taking charge this week. According to the latest spoilers video from ABC for October 12 to 16, 2026, Willow is going to take Chase's advice, Josslyn takes her weird vendetta plan one step further, and Trina learns she's in trouble.

Suing For Libel When It's True

Leave it to Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen) to sue someone for libel when every single word of a story is absolutely true. And leave it to that big dummy Chase (Josh Swickard) to give her the idea. It would never have occurred to her to scream "Fake News" until Chase decided that a true story was indeed fake news. (It's not.)

Lulu (Alexa Havins) is shocked when Willow sues her for libel, as Willow walks around the Q kitchen in her cocktail attire as if she doesn't have a care in the world. Who would ever believe such a preposterous story? Isn't it fortuitous that Cousin Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) had a chat with Sidwell (Carlo Rota), who has declared the entire story to be lies?

Sonny's New Enemy

Sonny (Maurice Benard) certainly didn't think he'd have to deal with his pesky former stepdaughter anymore once he left the crime world behind. She wanted to take him down, but he left the mob on his own. What more could she do to him?

Well, Josslyn (Eden McCoy) can swoop in and buy his piers, which is exactly what she appears to do when the auction date finally arrives. Sonny and Ric (Rick Hearst) are blindsided as Sonny prepares to have it out with his latest enemy. Maybe he should have a talk with her mother.

The Stalker

Trina (Tabyana Ali) has had a stalker for months, but nothing has really happened with this story. This week, Trina and Gio's (Giovanni Mazza) latest gig seems to go well. Trina even gets flowers and a note from her "biggest fan."

When Trina tries to leave, she seems to be having car trouble. Kai's (Jens Austin Astrup) friend Quinn (Jequan Jackson) is conveniently there to help. Is he her stalker or just a red herring? With Heather Webber due back this month, anyone could be after Trina.

Is Josslyn acting ridiculous? Is Willow playing with fire? Sound off in the comments.
