Rick Hearst's Message To Kristen Vaganos on Her Third Anniversary as GH's Molly Will Warm Your Hearts

It was three years ago today that Kristen Vaganos made her General Hospital debut as Molly Lansing-Davis, legal eagle extraordinaire and the offspring of two other Port Charles attorneys Alexis Davis and Ric Lansing.

Kristen Vaganos Marks Three Years as Molly

Vaganos was the fourth actress to play Molly in 2023, as GH hired two other temporary recasts after Haley Pullos' DUI arrest earlier that year. Since her debut, Molly has excitedly expected a child when her sister, Kristina (Kate Mansi), agreed to be her surrogate. She also sadly mourned that child when the infant girl was stillborn.

Molly also embarked on a new life journey when she and TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) broke up after being together since high school.

To mark the occasion of her third anniversary as Molly, Vaganos took to Instagram to post some photo flashbacks of her time as Molly and all her many expressions.

"Indulge me. Today marks three years of playing Molly! We’ve been through a lot and she do be making faces!," she wrote, alongside the carousel of snaps.

Vaganos' on-screen dad, Rick Hearst, had some very special words for the actress in the comment section.

"It’s hard to grasp that 3 years have flown by," Hearst wrote. "From the day I met you, I knew you were the real deal and you’ve continued to bring your immense talent and craft into any scene and make anyone who plays with you keep up. I stand in awe, filled with pride and gratitude to be your tv 'pops' congratulations koukla! Love you to pieces."

After Molly's baby died, Ric returned to Port Charles after nearly a decade away and reunited with his daughter. They repaired their relationship and forged a close bond over the last three years, but Ric is still keeping one big secret from Molly about what her mother, sister, and Ava did to him last summer.

Other co-stars also chimed in with congratulatory words, including Van Hansis (Lucas Jones), Rory Gibson (Michael Corinthos), and Kayden Brenna Tokarski (Scout Cain).

Currently, Vaganos' Molly is enjoying the best parts of life, as she is involved in a sweet romance with Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) and even wrote another best-selling romance novel this past year. As this is a soap, we're sure drama is coming for Molly and Cody soon.
