General Hospital spoilers for the week of April 6 to 10, 2026, tease Britt having to decide what to do next to stay alive, while Carly starts taking matters into her own hands.
What to expect on General Hospital
Britt (Kelly Thiebaud) has had a reprieve from Wyndemere since Marco (Adrian Anchondo) was murdered and the chaos on Pier 55. But she knows she is going to have to return to Spoon Island eventually, especially if she wants her meds. However, her brother has a stern warning. When Britt meets with her brother, does she know him as Nathan or Cassius (Ryan Paevey)? This might be when we find out whether Britt has known who "Nathan" really was all along.
While Sonny (Maurice Benard) has his confrontation with Sidwell (Carlo Rota) and issues a warning, Carly (Laura Wright) appears to go rogue this week. She doesn't care what she has to do to find and save Jason (Steve Burton), but will Jack (Chris McKenna) give her the important intel that he learns or will he keep things to himself?
Jack has Jacinda (Paige Herschell) doing his dirty work, so she does some digging. As for Nina (Cynthia Watros), she finally draws a line. Does that mean that she is not about to use Charlotte (Bluesy Burke) anymore just to get information about Valentin (James Patrick Stuart)? Perhaps Jack just needs to visit his girlfriend's house.
